Terms of Use

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these Terms apply to your use of all of the Company's technologies related to the Website that are owned or operated by the Company, including those of our affiliates — any entity or person that directly or indirectly owns, is owned by, or is under common control with the Company.

CensorVid is an online studio for generating images, videos and audio with artificial intelligence: text-to-image, image-to-video, image editing, upscaling, lip-sync and similar tools, plus a library of ready-made templates (the "Services"). Results are produced by third-party AI models that we connect to the Website (the "Results").

AI disclaimer. Results are generated automatically. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent between attempts, or different from what you expected, and similar prompts can produce similar Results for other users. Results are not professional advice of any kind.

The Website is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a contract.

The Website can display and generate content intended for adults. Adult content is hidden by default and is shown only after you switch on the 18+ setting and confirm your age. You are responsible for making sure that viewing and creating such content is lawful where you live. All adult content must comply with our Content Policy; content involving minors is strictly forbidden and is reported to the authorities.

To generate content you need an account. You agree to provide truthful information, keep it up to date and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must tell us immediately at censorvid@riseforward.biz about any unauthorized use.

You may not create more than one account, create an account for another person, transfer your account, or register again after we have closed your account for breaking these Terms. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that provide false information or abuse the Services, including abuse of free credits.

Generations are paid for with credits. Each tool and model shows its price in credits before you start. New accounts receive 20 free trial credits. You can buy credit packs on the Website; current packs are Starter — 200 credits for $19.99, Creator — 550 credits for $49.99, Pro — 1,200 credits for $99 and Studio — 6,300 credits for $499. Prices are shown before purchase and may include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated there.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and are never renewed or charged again automatically. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active, can be used in every tool, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for money except as described in the refund section below.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered on and handled by the payment provider; we never receive or store your full card number. You must follow the terms of the payment provider.

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side or the model provider's side, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically.

14-day refund for unused packs. If you are not satisfied with a credit pack, write to censorvid@riseforward.biz within fourteen (14) days of the purchase and we will refund it in full, provided that the credits from that pack have not been used. If part of the pack has been used, we may refund the unused part proportionally.

Credits that have been spent on generations cannot be refunded, because the generation has been performed and its cost has been incurred. By starting a generation you ask us to supply digital content immediately and acknowledge that, for that generation, you lose the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically, as described above.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may refuse a refund where we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or violations of these Terms. When a refund is made, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance. This does not affect your statutory rights for services that are faulty or not as described.

You keep the rights you have in the prompts, photos, videos and audio you upload ("Inputs"). You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and transmit your Inputs to our AI model providers and to store the Results, solely to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your Inputs or Results for advertising and do not show them to other users.

Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the Results you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use and share Results, including making sure that they do not infringe anyone's rights or the law.

You warrant that you own or have all rights and consents necessary for your Inputs, and that every identifiable person shown in a photo or video you upload is you or has given you explicit permission to use their likeness in the way you use it.

You must follow our Content Policy. In particular, you agree not to use the Website to:

• create, upload or request any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor;
• create sexual, nude or intimate content of a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent, or any deepfake intended to deceive, harass, defame or extort;
• upload photos or videos of other people without the right to do so;
• create content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, bestiality or incest;
• create content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, or that promotes terrorism or self-harm;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with them;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any party;
• interfere with the Website, its servers or networks, bypass limits or security measures, or use automated or bulk access without our permission;
• obtain or collect personal data about other users, or access another user's account without consent.

We may block prompts and uploads, remove Results, suspend or close accounts that break these rules — without refunding credits — and report illegal content to the competent authorities.

The Website, its design, software, templates, texts and other materials ("Content") are owned or licensed by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to access the Website for your own use in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the Content except for the Results you generate. Trademarks shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or other applicable laws, including by removing content and closing the accounts of repeat infringers. Send notices to censorvid@riseforward.biz. A notice must include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
• identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to find it;
• your contact details;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

To report non-consensual intimate imagery or any content involving a minor, write to censorvid@riseforward.biz; such reports are handled first.

Personal data, including the photos you upload and the Results generated from them, is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

The Services rely on third-party providers (AI model providers, payment, email and hosting providers). The Website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their availability, content or practices, and you use them at your own risk and under their terms.

The Website, the Services and the Results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any particular model will remain available, or that Results will meet your expectations. These disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website, the Results, or any content or conduct of third parties.

Save in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Inputs, your Results, your use of the Website, or your violation of these Terms or of any rights of another person.

You may stop using the Website and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if you violate or intend to violate these Terms or the law, or if we can no longer provide the Services for technical, legal or economic reasons. If we close the Services for reasons not related to a violation by you, we will refund unused purchased credits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

Before starting any proceedings, please contact us at censorvid@riseforward.biz with a description of the problem and the outcome you propose; we will try to resolve it within 60 days.

We may change these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page and, for important changes, notify you on the Website or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor. These Terms, together with the Content Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
