Privacy Policy

CensorVid is an online service for generating images, videos and audio with AI, operated by Riseforward Ltd., Level 1, Blue Harbour Business Centre, Ix-Xatt Ta' Xbiex, Ta' Xbiex, XBX 1027, Malta, registration number C110851 (the data controller). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use CensorVid, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. • Account data — your email address, name, password (stored only as a secure hash) and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the basic profile those services share with us (name, email, avatar).
• Content — prompts you write, files you upload (photos, videos, audio) and the results you generate.
• Billing data — your credit balance, purchases and credit history. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and error logs, used to run and protect the service.
• Cookies — a session cookie that keeps you signed in, your language choice and your 18+ content setting. We do not use advertising cookies.

• to create your account, sign you in and keep it secure;
• to run generations you request and show your results and history;
• to process payments, keep your credit balance and refund credits for failed generations;
• to send service emails such as password resets and purchase receipts;
• to prevent abuse, fraud and content that breaks our Content Policy;
• to fix bugs and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run CensorVid:

• AI model providers (such as kie.ai, WaveSpeed and ElevenLabs) — receive your prompts and uploaded files only to produce the requested result;
• Stripe — processes purchases;
• OneSignal — delivers service emails (password resets, receipts);
• Google Cloud (Firebase Storage) — stores uploaded files and generated results;
• our hosting provider — runs the servers and the database;
• Slack — receives internal alerts about errors and purchases, which may include the account email;
• Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect users and the public, including reporting illegal content to authorities.

We keep your account and generations while your account exists. When you delete a generation it is removed from your library; when you delete your account we remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons (such as payment records).

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email censorvid@riseforward.biz from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

CensorVid is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and adult content is shown only after you confirm your age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete the account.

We protect your data with hashed passwords, restricted server access and encrypted connections to our providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us right away if you notice anything suspicious.

We may update this policy. When we make important changes we will tell you on the site or by email before they take effect.
