Content Policy

Any sexual, sexualised or suggestive content involving a minor — or anyone who appears to be under 18, including "young-looking" adults, school settings, child-like bodies or descriptions — is strictly forbidden, whether it depicts a real person or a fictional character.

Prompts and uploads of this kind are blocked. Accounts that attempt it are closed immediately without a refund, and the information is reported to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

• Upload photos or videos only of yourself or of people who gave you explicit permission to use their likeness this way.
• Never create nude, sexual or intimate content of a real, identifiable person — including celebrities, public figures, partners or ex-partners — without their explicit consent.
• Do not create deepfakes meant to deceive, harass, humiliate, defame or extort anyone, or content that puts words or actions into a real person's mouth to mislead others.
• Do not use the Website to stalk, dox or collect personal data about anyone.

Adult content is allowed only for verified adults who switched on the 18+ setting, and only when it involves fictional adult characters or consenting adults. It must stay within the law of the country where you live. The following is never allowed, even with the 18+ setting on:

• non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, coercion or intoxication used to obtain sex;
• incest, bestiality, necrophilia;
• sexual content combined with extreme violence, gore or self-harm;
• sexual content of real people without their consent (see above).

• content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence;
• hate speech or content that dehumanises people based on protected characteristics;
• credible threats, harassment or bullying of identifiable people;
• instructions or imagery promoting self-harm or suicide;
• content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property;
• fake documents, IDs or content designed for fraud or scams;
• election misinformation or impersonation of officials or organisations;
• any other content that is illegal where you live or where it is published.

You are responsible for where and how you publish what you generate. Many platforms require AI-generated content to be labelled — follow their rules. Do not present AI-generated images or videos of real people as genuine recordings.

We may automatically and manually review prompts, uploads and Results to enforce this policy. Depending on the severity we may block a request, remove content, limit features, suspend or close the account without refunding credits, and report illegal content to the authorities.

To report content that involves a minor, non-consensual intimate imagery of you or someone you represent, or any other violation, write to censorvid@riseforward.biz. Include links or a description and, for likeness claims, enough information to confirm you are the person depicted or authorised to act for them. Such reports are handled with priority, and we remove violating content as quickly as possible.
